Machining is designed to ensure coaxiality, concentricity, and appropriate roughness on sealing and sliding surfaces, with hundredth-of-a-millimeter tolerances for functional couplings. We integrate dimensional and visual inspections, testing critical dimensions on representative batch samples. Batch traceability and material certificates support the management of components subjected to heavy pressure, thermal cycles, and dynamic stress.
